We aim to make the website usable with a keyboard, screen reader, text enlargement, high contrast, reduced motion, and narrow mobile screens.
Implemented features
- Skip navigation link and semantic landmarks
- Visible keyboard focus indicators
- Descriptive labels for official external actions
- Responsive tables with horizontal scrolling when needed
- Form labels, error messages, and required-field indicators
- Reduced-motion support and sufficient color contrast
Known limitations
Some external regulatory PDFs, maps, and portals are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Downloaded CSV files may require spreadsheet accessibility settings.
