For a jurisdiction page

Include the jurisdiction, page title, real verification date and canonical URL. When the fact is high-stakes—such as a fee, deadline, CE rule, compact status or practice authority—also cite the linked primary official source.

For CSV or API data

Identify the dataset or endpoint, retrieval date and record verification date. API fields are informational and can change after publication.

Suggested short attribution

“Source-reviewed licensure data: Nursing License Boards, verified [date].”

What reuse must not imply

• Do not describe NursingLicenseBoards.com as a government agency, state board, NCSBN or Nursys.
• Do not remove the verification date when presenting a time-sensitive rule or fee.
• Do not represent a summary as legal advice or official eligibility approval.
• Do not collect license payments or sensitive personal data using our name or branding.
