Where and when to renew

The reviewed route is MiPLUS. Renew before the expiration shown in MiPLUS. A 60-day grace period can be available with an additional late fee, but practice authority must be confirmed.

1. Review the expiration date and renewal notice.
2. Complete 25 CE hours with required pain content.
3. Sign in to MiPLUS and complete the renewal.
